We have served a traditional style sushi from the area, called Boshu-Zushi, since 1939. Boshu-zushi was originally prepared to fill the stomachs of hard working fishermen and ship builders of the area. Therefore, it is characterized by its size, which is about one and a half to two times bigger than the sushi found in Tokyo. Our house-secret, soy based tare sauce adds spice to freshly caught local sashimi.
