Shirahamaya-honten

We serve Boshu-zushi, characterized by a large portion of rice with large slices of sashimi on top! We purchase our fish locally: directly from Funakata Fisheries Cooperative, or from fishermen in Amatsu and Hota. Also, through our associates, we obtain fish from Tomiura, Iwai, and Katsuyama Fisheries Cooperatives. Our grilled egg, using specially cooked soy sauce with dried bonito, is a must. We also serve appetizers and side dishes carefully prepared by chefs trained at Kaiseki restaurant in Mukojima, Tokyo. Reasonable and tasty, that’s Tateyama’s style.
