“the Fish” is a facility for tourists that meets the needs of visitors to the Boso area. The gift shop carries approximately 1500 items that represent this area. The pastry shop Minami-tei is known for their baumkuchen, made from local ingredients. The seafood restaurant “the fish” has a great view of the ocean. Also on the property are two more restaurants, Maruhama, a seafood barbecue restaurant, and Funaosa, a sushi restaurant that serves fresh local fish. One can also enjoy the great scenery of Tokyo Bay in front and Mt. Nokogiriyama in the back.
